Dr. Shai Secunda

Dr. Shai Secunda earned a PhD in Talmud from Yeshiva University, having also pursued graduate work in Iranian studies at Harvard University and Hebrew University. Presently, Dr. Secunda is a Mandel fellow at Hebrew University's Scholion Center for Interdisciplinary Jewish Research following two years as a postdoctoral associate at Yale University. His research focuses on rabbinic literature, and particularly on the Babylonian Talmud and its Iranian context.
