He is the author of "The right and the good:halakhah and human relations", and 3 books in hebrew titled "binah basefarim", co-editor of six volumes of talmudic essays.  Rabbi Feldman has smicha from Yehisva university  (yoreh yoreh/yadin yadin), and is a graduate of the wexner kollel elyon
